Built in 1925, this two-bedroom cottage was originally part of a small camp of homes in which Sarasota's early commercial fishermen lived and worked.
In 1959, it became a private residence for nearly 54 years.
Purchased in 2013, the cottage was transformed into a charming and delightfully decorated professional skin and body care business.
Stout Homes & Remodeling handled the entire ground up renovation including design work, plans, permitting, electric, plumbing, HVAC improvements, new windows and doors, ADA accessibility, reception area and converting the three bedrooms into professional treatment rooms.
