We moved every 2 years as a kid and when we went to a new town my parents would always buy the fixer upper in the neighborhood and by the time we sold the house, we had remodeled it.

I have used Helmandollar Remodeling and Contracting for 3 projects during the last two years.
The first was replacing a soaker tub and shower with a large walk in tiled shower with glass side.
It is convenient and easy to clean.
It looks great!
The second project was a major remodel of a detached second car garage.
The end result was a casita with a bedroom and bathroom.
The project required adding plumbing and electrical, I actually use the bedroom as an exercise room.
The third project is in process.
