What can I say, I was looking for a different GC to complete our exterior stucco/repairs, and after doing some research came across GBC Remodeling. I am so pleased to have a company that was extremely informative, courteous and on the same level from the start. They were prompt from the initial meeting all the way through the construction, and made sure all items were addressed and taken care of. Steve was the PM on the job and he was out on site every few days to make sure everything was going as planned and on schedule with the crews. The crews were early and cleaned up the site at the end of everyday.
Overall my experience with GBC has been nothing short of amazing and I will definitely be back for any future remodeling needs as they went above and beyond my expectations. If you need a great company this is the one for you. Thank you again team, you really have set the new expectation now in my books.

Just finished installation of new windows throughout, worth the wait. The windows look stunning, we opted for black exterior which really add to the appearance of the house.

We had a fabulous experience with GBC. Aaron (owner) personally came out to give us a quote. He was honest, reasonably priced, and upfront with exactly needed to be done. Our project manager, Steven, and his entire crew did an amazing job. We went with Texcote (Coolwall) and are completely satisfied with the work and color palette. Our house looks beautiful and we've received multiple compliments. We will definitely be contacting GBC with any other future home improvement jobs.

On Friday this week the owner of the company Aaron came by to inspect our roof. he took the time to explain to us what was actually happening with our roof and why we were getting a massive leak during the storm. After going over our options and setting up having a new roof done in a few weeks, Aaron went the extra step and had his guys come by and put a tarp up to protect us from leaks during the storm that's blowing through town.

We discovered a leak in our roof where our solar panels were installed. I called GBC on a Friday panicked. Matt answered my call and was very helpful and friendly, and got us an estimate appointment for Monday! I was so relieved that they could come to our home so fast. Aaron, the owner, is honest, knowledgeable and fun to work with. I love how when he says hes going to call us back, he does the same day. He explained exactly what was going on with our roof and made sure we understood what needed to be done. He worked with us to make sure we got the right financing to get our project done. It puts my mind at ease knowing that we are working with a company that has as much experience and integrity as GBC Remodeling.

After receiving several bids from competitive remodeling companies, I chose GBC to do the projects on a 1955 home. From the first contact with the office manager to the last meeting with Aaron, the owner, our experience was expedient, professional and friendly. The exterior of the house was thoroughly powerwashed, stucco refurbished and painted with Cool Wall (highly recommend). Fascia was either fixed or replaced and new windows were installed. Customized patio awnings in the backyard and over front door were installed and look beautiful!

We had GBC out to bid on our roof. After receiving other bids, decided that Charles with GBC was the way to go. They worked around our schedule and came out and tore our roof off on a Sunday and finished the same day. The experience was easy and they delivered a great quality roof at an affordable cost.

We discovered that we had a pretty bad leak in our roof during the recent rainy weeks. I went online and did a lot of research and contacted several roofing companies that seemed to have really good reviews. Since it was a Sunday, I wasn't expecting to actually be able to reach anyone. Fortunately, I did get a hold of someone at GBC Remodeling and they sent someone out to my house right away to inspect the damage, tarp off my roof and provide me with some solutions.
To make a long story short, I ended up choosing to completely re-roof my house (23 year old underlayment was at the end of its useful life). Aaron, the owner, maintains a phenomenal crew that worked fast, was very friendly and always kept me updated on the progress throughout the job. It was a very big job...I didn't realize how much brute effort was required to remove the heavy concrete tiles and the level of skill to remove the old underlying felt waterproofing and replacing it with modern fiberglass reinforced roof system. They were meticulous in their work! I flew my drone up at the end of each work day to inspect the work and I have to say I was extremely impressed! They definitely took their time to do the job well and made sure every inch of my roof was properly sealed. After they completed the job, they sent an inspector out and walked us through the details of the job and made sure to address any questions or concerns. We didn't have any concerns however, as they kept us well informed and was always transparent with what they were doing and the progress. They left our house (which looked like a construction site during the day) completely spotless and clean at the end of each work day. At the end of the job, all that was left was our perfectly reinstalled roof! We are super happy and relieved that we don't have to worry about our roof again for decades to come!
