Other services include: plumbing, electrical, tile, wood flooring, home repairs, and handyman services. When you work with us, you deal directly with the owner, Dave Lupfer, C.R. We have four full-time craftsmen and all work is done in-house.

Lupfer Builders was established in 1994 by Dave Lupfer.
A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Dave comes to the construction industry with a wealth of experience.
He began his career with Seigle's Home Centers, managing site installations of Seigle products such as millwork, doors, windows, & cabinetry.
He also managed their retail electrical and plumbing department as well.
Dave also worked for Corus Bank as a consultant, managing, repairing, and eventually selling foreclosed houses for this conglomerate.

We typically require a 5% deposit on contract signing which allows us to block out time for your project.
Then, we typically require a 30% payment the first week of work in the form of check, cash, or money order followed by timely progress payments as the job progresses.
