The massive structure was converted into a residence in the 1990's.
By 2012, under new ownership, the barn was ready for a major upgrade.
From top to bottom the building was re-worked while actively promoting and maintaining its part of community history.
Set in a charming neighborhood of similar size homes, the owners of this 1950's story and half decided to completely remodel without turning it into a suburban mcmansion.
Expressing regard for our world's resources they installed geothermal & solar.
