Established in 1989, Quality Restorations, Inc. is a licensed General and Home builder Contractor and we have completed residential and commercial projects throughout the Southeast.
For the past 22 years we have directed our primary efforts to renovations and insurance loss related projects for residential, multifamily and commercial customers.

Steve Chesser is a long time resident of Birmingham, Alabama.
At twelve years old Steve began working for his grandfather's construction company.
He learned at an early age, the ins and outs of the restoration business.
In 1989, Steve founded Quality Restorations, Inc., and with no advertising, grew QRI to a client base of hundreds; exclusively from referrals.
After Hurricane "Ivan", Steve opened his Orange Beach, Alabama office to serve those on the Gulf Coast.
Steve has obtained numerous accolades from some of the most exclusive communities in the state, such as Greystone and Ono Island.
