By the time he was 20, Drew was a crew foreman.
Drew and his crews worked on some of the largest residential developments in Southeast Michigan.
His success came from his attention to detail and unparalleled work ethic.
As his goals were met as a crew foreman, Drew started his own construction business, DMC, Inc.
He was now able to expand his skills with the flexibility and adaptability of his new smaller company.
