I do not usually leave reviews but I am very impressed and thankful for Sunset. I have done a lot of remodeling in my time and most contractors are terrible at communicating and listening to you but Jonathan was great. I bought a house that needed complete remodel of the 2 bathrooms. Jonathan met with me and walked me through different design options for my budget, he even went with me to stores to pick finished material. He communicated with me every step of the way and even planned for surprises. I found my San Francisco contractor.

We hired Jonathan as our general contractor for a whole home remodel in April of 2019 for a single family home in Bernal Heights.
Jonathan helped us along the way with everything from pulling the permits, working with the city, managing construction subcontractors, choosing finished materials with us, and final touches.
We had very good communication with him throughout the process over text message and he was always responsive.
He kept us informed of the progress at the home with photos and narrative that was very helpful in expectation setting.
Overall we were very happy working with Jonathan and would happily work with him again for a big home construction or flip in the future.

I had an older house that I needed a big remodeling job done. Jonathan remodeled the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and converted the garage into a living unit. I was very impressed by him for a few reasons 1. He was always available to me 2. He took time to go over the entire project and bid, he was able to estimate surprises before they came up 3. Him and his crew did a very good quality job 4. He finished the job when he said we was going to 5. He was very nice.
I would recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to remodel their home. I will use him again on my next SF project
