Cardinal Homebuilders was acquired by Tom Wiener Sr in the 1950's.
Shortly after the purchase he started selling the homes he was building and started Cardinal Realty in the 1960's.
Tom Jr. obtained his real estate license at 18 years old and in 1978, completed his business degree from the University of Minnesota.
Family involvement continues with his sister Deanna serving as a Broker and Realtor, wife June working as a Realtor, daughter Laura also working as a Realtor and Remodeling consultant and son Tony specializing in new construction.
