This house had the typical mid century small dark rooms.
The owners wanted an open kitchen floor plan that was inviting and functional.
We opened up the ceiling to be high vaulted like the adjacent living room and installed a wood floor to match the existing living room floor.
We installed all new cabinetry, countertops and appliances.
For this project we took an existing onestory garage in the rear yard of the Widmer Remodel and converted it to living space.
The guest house now includes an all new bedroom, bath, closets, living and dining space and a kitchen.
