Greg moved to the Outer Banks when he was 14 and started his career of building and remodeling homes on the Outer Banks at the age of 16.
Dawn is a North Carolina certified real estate agent and has been assisting buyers and sellers on the Outer Banks since 2006.
Growing up with a father who was also a builder, Dawn developed the passion and skill for hands on work and can be found side by side with her husband on every aspect of their construction business.
