Our humble beginnings started with me James L Kendrick as a general contractor, doing small remodeling jobs, in 1977.
Back then there wasn't any Internet to make new contacts, it was all word of mouth so it took a lot longer to grow a business.
But the word got out about the quality of my work, my honesty, professionalism and competitive prices.
So as time progressed I started doing bigger jobs, and that lead to complete renovations of homes, offices and retail properties.
