Rob Sanders is a Certified Professional Building Designer with over 30 years working experience, including 18 years as an in-house designer for a prestigious custom home builder. Over 500 of his custom designed projects have been built, ranging in value from $100K to $4 Million. Rob's ability to blend solid construction practices with unique and creative features are also apparent in several small commercial projects such as stand alone office buildings, doctors offices, amenity centers and retail finish outs.
I have designed homes all over Central Texas in many different terrains and slopes. I feel every building site is unique and has multiple factors to weigh when producing an optimal design. These can include views, sun/wind orientation, trees, topography, traffic flow, and relationships to other structures or elements. I consider all these things in concert when developing a complete design, from preliminary sketches to construction drawings.
I feel I offer a straight forward design experience with no hard to understand archi-speak.
