I will come out to inspect your home or condo and measure out what you have in mind to remodel, change or add on.
I can assist in finalizing your design and add my input as to what would work best and be most cost effective for your project.
I will then put together a proposal to do the work with a complete cost estimate and an allowance list of items that will be need to be purchased.
I will also provide a list of suppliers that I recommend you purchase from and accompany you to any supplier to aid in your choices if needed.

I came into my properties under very stressful circumstances and I don't know who was looking out for me, but an angel sent Ron my way to help make this stressful experience so much better than it could have been.
I'm a perfectionist but I found out he is too, so I came to rely completely on his opinion with all of the work being done while I wasn't there.
I met a number of his subcontractors during the project and they, too, were very professional.
