Over the years we have built many speculation homes from our own design team which were named after our family members. We had the privilege of building custom homes for our clients with their own design blueprints.

I am going to start with telling you about my family because I am very proud to say that their influence and encouragement set me on my construction path today.
I was taught as a young boy general carpentry skills from my Grandfather Robert Merrigan.
As an Irishman he carried on those values and traditions in our family.
My Grandfather Gustav Lindstedt worked for 50 years for the City of Portland as the Chief Director of Public Works and for the City Planner.
The Swedish traditions and values were also celebrated in our family too.

These homes ranged from 1490 square feet to 3500 square feet.
Each home was designed around unusual size and shaped lots we had.
