Pearland Remodeling Company and Cabinet Shop is a family owned and operated full service remodeling company that was started in Pearland, Texas in 1972 by James E. Davis, Sr. and his son James E. Davis, Jr. Pearland Remodeling Company and Cabinet Shop was established in 1972, but the family history of craftsmanship was started years before. In 1901 Carl Dwillis was 17 years old when he attended trade school in Germany to study the craft of carpentry and building.
In 1908, he came to the United States where he used his skills as a carpenter tradesman. He passed his skills to his son, Herbert Dwillis who years later trained his son-in-law, James Davis, Sr. the cabinetry and building trade. James Davis has been working with his son James Davis, Jr. and grandsons Chris & Scott Davis. We are proud to say that these skills have been passed down in our family for 5 generations.
We are custom trim carpenters and builders and we take pride in our work to make sure it is of the highest quality. Our family crew makes sure we do a clean job and work hard to finish our projects on time.
