Her father was a custom homebuilder in this area during the 70s and 80s, so she grew up watching and learning about excellent customer service and what it takes to build a high-quality project. Throughout her career in construction, April has held key roles in finance, budgeting, customer service, team building, and sales management preparing her to own & operate her own company.

Nip Tuck Remodeling was founded in 2010 on the heals of the recession with a vision and determination to create a construction company with extraordinary craftsmanship AND a focus on professionalism.
Services
Our approach with each project - large or small - is centered on organization, excellent communication, transparency, and efficiency.
Because our system is built around these critical steps, our clients end up with beautiful, finished spaces that literally change how they live in and enjoy their homes.
We've also discovered that this approach fosters the kind of trust that turns clients into friends.
It starts with listening well and treating our clients with respect every step of the way.
Nip Tuck Remodeling specializes in whole-house interior remodeling with a focused expertise in kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
At Nip Tuck Remodeling, the process of designing, planning, and executing your remodel is done through the team approach of design-build.
In a nutshell, this means that you have everything and everyone at your disposal that you need to envision, design, and build your project.
Our team will guide you through the process, give you practical and relevant advice, and make sure we do everything in our power to deliver on our promise of Happiness Guaranteed!
Our projects start and end on time because our team will make sure our clients are in alignment with needs, space, aesthetics, and value before we swing a hammer.
The consultation, information gathering and 'get to know you' step.
We'll share our process and discuss specifics of what you want and need from your space.
This is the fun step because it's when you get to share with us your dreams and ideas.
This step happens in your own home, and you'll want to set aside about an hour and a half during Monday through Friday business hours.
You are ready, willing, and able to invest in your home.
Through the consultation step, you - the homeowner - and our team of contractors have determined that the project would be a good fit for both parties.
Though we are primarily a design-build firm, we have built relationships with several of the top designers and architects in the area as their builder of choice, and we will sometimes enter into a team-build relationship.
Team-build is very similar to the design-build process, as we prefer to be welcomed to the team in the early development of a project, lending support through the feasibility process and marrying it to a reasonable idea of how it relates to the budget.
For qualified projects, we will give conceptual ranges of budgets based on your plans and our experience with an expectation that entering into a pre-construction agreement is the next step towards refining the scope and budget.
Let's face it: Embarking a remodeling project, such as a kitchen or bathroom renovation or addition, is not something the average homeowner does every day.
Projects of this size are likely to occur once every 10-20 years.
If that is the case, then, doesn't it make sense to use the best materials and installation practices available so that you are making the most of your investment today?
In the long run, it will save you money to hire a professional.
Properly insured - has insurance to cover the "what if's" and the "oops" as well as requiring that any other entity that steps on the premises is equally insured.
