We can build the kitchen or bathroom of your dreams, on schedule, and on budget, with quality that is unsurpassed. Together we can make a long-term plan to achieve a comfortable, functional, and beautiful home for your family to enjoy for decades. We are a relationship company that happens to build beautiful spaces. Through clear communication, respect, and pride in our craft, we intend to make your construction or remodeling experience smooth and fulfilling.
This means taking care of you, our client, while taking care of the community and the planet. Taking care of you means addressing the needs of your specific project, while watching for things like unsafe wiring, mold, proper ventilation, and any other condition that might affect your or your family's safety and well-being. Taking care of the community means letting your neighbors know that work will be taking place, building relationships with local tradespeople and suppliers, and shopping local businesses.
Taking care of the planet means trying to find new homes for your old, yet functional appliances and fixtures, making responsible choices during demolition to reduce waste whenever possible, and building things RIGHT, so they last a long time.

Services
This beautiful bathroom was not without its challenges.
The homeowner did the design herself, which worked out in the end, but listen to me when I tell you, people: Hire a designer!
Designers bring the vision.
A good one will help narrow thousands of options down to 2 or 3, make drawings and renderings and floor plans, make sure all the materials are on site when the contractor needs them.
My favorite designer will hand me a packet before I even bid a job that has all the schematics on all the appliances and fixtures, names of the tiles and paint colors and literally everything I need to build a job.

This is a another bathroom where the owners did the design.
They picked beautiful materials.
We built the corner cabinet out of cherry and had the finish color-matched to the cool curved Ronbow vanity and medicine cabinets.
The glass is tile, which is very difficult to work with.
We spent extra time making the soap niches align exactly with the grout lines.
Notice the hardwired built-in power strip in the medicine cabinet.
You can also see our addition of the polyisocyanurate foamboard insulation in the walls, and spray foam around the window.

We eliminated a superfluous hall closet to essentially double the size of this shower.
We re-framed the sub floor to allow for the curbless shower pan, added dual shower valves, and finished it off with 1/2 luxury glass.
Note the close up of the tile trim: oil-rubbed bronze colored Schluter strips with a square profile.

We removed a wall, tore out old carpet, painted, installed quality laminate flooring and new baseboards in this optometrist's office.
We didn't want that hollow, flexing effect of laminate flooring, so we went the extra mile leveling the concrete slab.
We also used the best underlayment available, so this floor ended up feeling really solid.
