Weidmann & Associates, Inc. was founded by Bill Weidmann in 1989. With Bill's Structural Engineering degree and over 25 years of construction management experience, the new remodeling company quickly gained recognition in the Atlanta market. Within five years, it was among the 15 largest. In 1995, to continue company growth without sacrificing client service, Bill's brother Dan joined the business.
Dan's background in business law and engineering added to the strength of the company. A successful project starts with a good fit of client, project and contractor. Believing that the best relationships begin with a candid conversation, it starts with the first phone call. The discussion focuses on the clients' goals and objectives for both the project and the contractor relationship, as well as our approach to the design, development and execution of the work.
If Weidmann is a potential fit, an introduction package is mailed and first meeting is scheduled. This is what it's all about for Weidmann & Associates.

After 25 years serving the Atlanta market, Weidmann & Associates, Inc. expanded its design-build remodeling operations to include beautiful Lake Oconee in 2014.
Opening a local office to serve the community, the move was a direct response to requests we have received from our clients over the years to extend our reach to the under-served resort areas of Georgia.
With long-term relationships already established at Lake Oconee, it was the natural choice, said Dan Weidmann.
Kris Marshall, Vice President of Operations at Lake Oconee, has worked his way up at Weidmann & Associates, serving as a purchasing manager and project manager before becoming a vice-president.

Weidmann's professionalism started with the initial visit to discuss the scope of work that we had in mind.
Dan Weidmann gave us ideas to enhance our vision that we hadn't imagined and quite frankly, resulted in our favorite improvements.
Also, he has obviously instilled a very customer centric attitude throughout his organization.
Kudos to our project manager.
I was most amazed with how well they communicated with us.
We were working with them long distance, and they made it very easy for us to communicate with them and make decisions.
