This quaint home in Fallbrook needed a spare bathroom remodel!
The 9-foot mirror that spanned across the bathroom vanity had to be removed we replaced it by installing two oval medicine cabinet mirrors.
We also installed a new granite vanity top with dual undermount sinks a set of widespread faucets, chrome light fixtures, and on the opposing wall matching towel racks.
The factory trim of the two oval mirrors was also the wrong color and didn't match the look the homeowner was going for.
They had more of a rosey/pewter tone than the silver/chrome theme the homeowner was looking for.

This store was a cosmetic remodel, we salvaged the flooring, the majority of the millwork, and the overall layout of the store stayed the same.
Typically we will demo (gut) the entire old store and start over but this space was in really good shape and the owner & design team decided to utilize the existing elements and design.
