And with one of the most desirable locations in Louisville, backing up to Harper Lake with a stunning view of Long's Peak and the Rockies, they were excited to put their personal stamp on the house.
So before they even moved in, we were brought on board to update and upgrade nearly every surface of this 6,000 SF home; ultimately transforming it into, what my clients liked to term, "Lake House Elegant".
