Just finished this three seasons porch for a customer and now they have the extra outdoor space they wanted.
The finished walls consist of bead board on lower half of wall with mold and mildew resistant sheet rock on the upper half.
The ceiling is comprised of 3/4 inch tongue and groove boards stained so it would stand out.
The flooring is a vinyl plank flooring for easy cleaning.
We even insulated the ceilings walls and floor and installed a thermal wrap for keeping the heat in during colder times and keeping the heat out during the warmer times so it's a more comfortable room!
