2. Having sold that house in 2014 we returned to Kirkland, and Robert did a total "gut to the studs" renovation on a 20-year-old condominium overlooking Lake Washington in downtown Kirkland.
He remodeled the kitchen, master bedroom/bathroom/closets, the guest bathroom double vanity/tub-shower combination and heated tile floors, the living room and dining room with new cabinets and storage, a new bar with built-in cabinet storage, and the family room with built-in TV/computer station and bookshelves.
