Frank E. Malpere Jr. CGR CAPS CGB CGP HERS: Having grown up in the construction industry I have probably more years then I can count on construction job sites. I have been running my construction company, Quality Building & Remodeling, for over 35 years. This is not the same business world in which I learned the trade from my father. In today's market place you need to know more than how to swing a hammer in order to get the job done on time and on budget.
With that in mind, I hold 3 major industry certifications and numerous specialty certifications from major manufactures. I believe education is the key to longevity in this industry and have made education and training a part of the company policy for our employees. I am the only Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) in the area. Both my son and I have completed our training as Certified Aging Place Specialist CAPS.
He presently is working towards his CGR certification. Because of all the training and education, our company has received countless awards for the projects we have completed.
