Arlean often meets with homeowners as the initial contact and continues the process on to assist clients in the choosing of materials and products for their project.
She works closely with the clients, subcontractors, vendors and employees to make the transition from the idea of a remodel project to a completed job!

This small (974 sf) was on a large lot in a nice neighborhood close to good schools.
The young family saw it as the right place to raise children but wanted some additional living space, a more aesthetically pleasing design, and improved street appeal.
Other than a new fireplace mantle and a door into the new family room, the existing interior was left almost entirely in tact.
The hip roof and masonry fireplace were both sagging and needed to be removed.
The new gable roof system was placed over the existing joists without damaging the nicely coved plaster ceiling.
The young family saw it as the right place to raise children but wanted some additional living space, a more aesthetically pleasing design, and improved street appeal.
