He has specific people he works with from his workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
And with that you get first class service and if ANYTHING goes wrong he fixes it.

You may pay a bit more for this but we understand now if you were to cut costs, you may or will end up with things not done on time or items fixed a year later if it breaks.
