AdVanced Custom Homes and Remodeling was established in 2008 by its owner, Vance J. Csaszar.
Vance has 20+ years experience in the building profession.
He has on-site building experience as a master framer and trimmer.
He also has experience in designing and selling homes, and managing a home's total construction.
He has built over 200 homes in the Michiana area.
Vance is the past President (2005) and Vice President (2004) of the St.
Joseph County Home Builders Association (HBA), and served on HBA's Board for five years.

Finish basements provide additional space for a family room, theatre room, bar area, built in cabinetry, home office, or extra bedroom.
We can install egress windows for proper escape and natural light.

AdVanced Customs Homes and Remodeling standard home features may be modified by the buyer in order to upgrade home features, or to reduce costs.
All ACHR homes come with a limited Homeowner's Warranty, and is backed by the Indiana Quality Assurance Program.
Changes can be made to any floor plan or to the Standard Home Features list to either upgrade or reduce the price of the home.
We use quality products and nationally approved energy star-rated products.

A - Yes.
We have several plans to choose from.
Also, we can create an individual floor plan for you.
Q - How long will it take to build my home?
A - We allow 5 months in our contract, but normally it is around 4 months.
Q - How energy efficient will be my home?
A - We install R-11 insulation in basement walls, R-45 insulation in flat ceilings, and R-19 insulation in exterior walls.
These may be upgraded at additional cost.
Insulated garages and insulated garage doors are also optional.
