Michael and Dave have worked together to build a team of construction professionals to handle any size project. Our project managers and superintendents are available and on-site through the duration of the project. Michael joined the Rosewater Construction team in 1988 after owning his own large and successful painting company.
His attention to detail shows in all projects as he is well diversified in all facets of the construction company. Dave left the oil industry in 1985 and joined the construction industry.

I hired Rosewater to remodel my family room. They do multimillion dollar renovations so I wasn't sure they would take on my small job, but they did. I'm overwhelmed with the work they've done! And their attitudes and professionalism. They built new cabinets, finessed a tricky install, hung a twisted juniper mantel, arranged for EVERYTHING from drywall repair to paint touch ups and electronics install, and carpet repair. I heard of them via word of mouth...all the mansion owners nearby use them and trust them to be in the homes while they vacate.
