Prior to starting Elias Construction, LLC, Mickey worked as a finish carpenter for Greenslade Construction of Hastings, MN and he married the boss's youngest sister, Holly Greenslade.
They now reside in Byron, MN with their son Owen and daughter Cora.
In his free time, Mickey enjoys spending time with his family, reading, camping and working on misc.
Ashlee joined Elias Construction in March of 2014.
Ashlee studied at Rochester and Community Technical College where she received her Administrative Assistant with legal emphasis degree.
They now reside in Byron, MN with their son Owen and daughter Cora.
