Ed and his team were faced with literally rebuilding the basement of my 103 year old home, after flooding from a water heater.
It looked like a segment on one of the home channel shows.
There were a multitude of issues including walls, floors, electrical and structural items that needed to be addressed.
A total gut job before us!
Everything had to be replaced including a full bathroom.
For over 3 months the crew Stan, Steve, Mick and Jerry showed up each day for their assignments coordinated and directed by Ed.the end result being more than I thought possible it totally added a whole level of beautiful, functional living space.
