Our house is old so there were some snags and compromises here and there that we all worked through together.
Rob was transparent on everything and explained situations and potential solutions.
The house was ALWAYS left super clean after each day (including a daily Swifer-wet job).
Rob's availability via email or phone was never an issue and the guys were on the scene as scheduled/expected.
As far as major bathroom renovations go this was a great experience overall from working with our designer, permits, onsite decisions, financial and time expectations, etc.
