Thank you for your interest in our company.
Our goal as a company is to provide excellent service with a commitment to delivering quality work and taking care of our customers.
Jason Medich, born here in the Sacramento Valley, is the owner of Medich Electric.
He started working at an early age helping a local landscaper.
As he got older, he did home, commercial and industrial remodeling and even did solar installation and roofing.
It gave him a base in construction and as his experience grew, he found working with electricity offered the challenges he was looking for.
If you would like the assurance that your home will continue to have lights, heat, water, refrigeration and air conditioning you should consider a natural gas or propane whole-house generator from Medich Electric.
A stand-alone generator will turn itself on and off automatically - so even if you are away from home, you know that everything is running as it should.
You also don't have to find an open gas station and buy fuel as the stand-alone generator ties into your natural gas meter or propane tank.
The way they work is by using the cooler evening and early morning air to lower the inside temperature of your house.
Homeowners simply have to open a few windows and the whole house fan will cool and ventilate the entire home.
Whole house fans can exchange the entire air in a home every 3-4 minutes or 15-20 times per hour.
When running the system for several hours, all the hot air will be pulled out of the home and it's contents.
This process is called Thermal Mass Cooling.
The hot air is pulled out and then vented through the attic and this allows the home to stay cooler and fresher.
