We choose LBK from a recommendation. Being both design and contractor, yo need to realize that things may run a little higher than just a straight contractor, but the choices their design team offered, as well as tailoring the products to what we thought, as well as getting us to think beyond the general everyday box, led to a really satisfying experience. From the start they were really something to watch as our second floor was totally renovated and updated. Like any large project there were the unexpected hiccups but LBK helped us through it all and did a terrific job. We are thrilled with the final product and our kids, and their families, really enjoy what has become of their old rooms and love staying over!

We worked with LBK to redesign most of our first floor--a mudroom, laundry room, bathroom, and kitchen. They were so creative with solutions and the final design is amazing, we love it! It's so much more functional than what it was, not to mention it's beautiful. Communication during the project was great, much better than any other company we've worked with in the past. If we ever need another reno, we'll definitely use LBK! Highly recommend them!

We are very pleased with how our kitchen renovation turned out - the difference was night and day. We could not have picked a better contractor - LBK listened to all our wish list and their design team was able to incorporate all those in the space. And if there were any issues during the renovation, Nick was there to assist and sort it out as soon as possible. Their process on renovation from start to finish is what we really love about them - they are very transparent and gives you update on what’s going on for each week, and also maintained the working space clean and organized. Thanks, LBK!

We decided to use LBK for our kitchen renovation and could not be happier. They walked us through the entire process and helped us develop and put to life our perfect kitchen. The entire team at LBK worked towards making sure our needs were met and our stress was eased. They gave us a preliminary plan based on our budget, let us choose our selections, modified to our needs and taste, and then constructed the entire selection, made sure it came to completion at our satisfaction.
They were upfront about the cost, made the contract very clear, were available for questions and concerns, met with us regularly to make decisions, had plenty of kitchen options and choices, team was professional, team produced quality work as they all have a great deal of experience. The carpenter that worked on site was terrific and paid a great deal of attention to detail and made sure everything was placed and done correctly. The job site was always clean and well maintained. The whole project stayed on schedule.
Could not be happier with the team and entire process. Will use again in the future.

After speaking with a few contractors, I ended up choosing LBK to remodel my kitchen and I can say without a doubt, it was the correct decision.
They were extremely professional, easy to work with, great communications and the products they used were exceptional. They provide a complete design, a full bill of materials, took care of permits and did everything they said they would do.
I fully plan on using them again when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms.
