This is an ongoing project on a large ranch that is currently taking this from 1977 (original) very large home to current contemporary designs with some classic elements integrated with elements and finish picked out by the owners who have a great artistic style and taste.
Original repairs included raising the roof, fixing and retrofitting the site built trusses replacing all of roof tiles, install of new copper gutters.
We pulled all of the flooring / tiles at pool and replaced it with border tiles and colored / polished concrete - entry - dining room - kitchen areas.
