We have been servicing the Metro West and South Shore areas of Massachusetts since 2006, creating hundreds of beautiful basement spaces of all shapes and sizes. Whether you want a simple play space for your children, or an elaborate entertainment space complete with wet bar, full bathroom, fireplace, etc., we can design and build a space to meet your needs and budget.

Step 1: Initial Walkthrough - You and I walk through your space and talk about the features you would like to see in your new space.
I will offer suggestions based on my experience in other homes.
Once we have come up with a rough plan, I take measurements of the entire space, taking care to locate features (stairwell entry point, lally column locations, low beams, egress, windows, etc) that will need to be incorporated into the plan.
Step 2: Floor Plan and Cost Proposal - I will email to you a scaled floor plan and a detailed cost proposal, itemizing each phase of the construction process.

At the initial basement walk through, we will provide you with a folder containing our licenses, workman's compensation and liability insurance policies, customer reference names and telephone numbers.
We will also provide you with two handouts, one a step-by-step description of the basement finishing process, and the other a description of what we do to control moisture in your basement.
We'll then walk through the basement space together, gathering information on what features you are looking for in your new space, and offering ideas and suggestions for your space based on our experiences in other basements we've finished.
