Daffan Homes was started by Chris Daffan in 2006 to build and remodel sustainable homes in the Northern Virginia and District of Columbia metro area. Chris started Daffan Homes after serving two years as a construction manager with the Prince William County Habitat for Humanity affiliate. These practices include 20-60% higher insulation values, energy star appliances and lighting, appropriate use of solar technology, recycling of construction waste, and reuse of materials through the Habitat for Humanity restore system.

Furthermore, we strive to recycle as many materials as possible by donating to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore, which stocks and sells used building supplies.
