At Owner Built Design, we provide the ESCP drawings as part of our design and drafting fee.
However, the role of ESCP Coordinator occurs during the construction process so we also offer our ESCP Coordination services as a month to month option.
After your building permit is issued, we use your ESCP Documentation to conduct site visit observations.
