When we were approached about a home addition and renovation in Maiden, we were thrilled to take on the challenge.
The homeowners wanted to add three bedrooms and a bath, for a total of 768 square feet, onto their vintage late-1940s home with 1176 square feet of starting space.
Making the job more interesting, they wanted the addition designed so it appeared to have always been part of the original structure.
With a budget of $100,000 and a timeline of four months to completion, we set to work immediately.
