Konkol Custom Homes is truly a great home builder. They built our house with such incredible attention to detail. We had high expectations and they surpassed them on virtually every level. I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.
This was our first custom home and to be honest, we were nervous about doing it because we have heard nightmare stories from friends (and read stories online) about how hard it can be working certain builders. But that wasn't our experience working Konkol. It was positive all the way through.
Now don't get me wrong, everything didn't go perfectly with the building process. But we didn't really expect it to. There are a ton of details that have to be worked out when doing a custom home. Like anything in life, there are going to be delays or difficulties beyond anyone's control. But Dave and his team were very organized, patient, and excellent at setting expectations. If problems arose, they were on top of it and kept us well informed. The creativity, execution, and customer support are truly top notch.
My wife and I absolutely loved the final result. I think you will too.
