1. Design, Estimate, Deposit: Designer/contractor will get measurements, write up a formal estimate and put together a custom design.
Tweaks will be made based on budget, style choices, layout changes.
Once a plan is agreed upon, contracts will be signed and a deposit will be collected to get your project booked into the schedule.
2. Materials Selected + Ordered: Once your deposit is collected, your custom cabinetry, hardware, tile/hardwood/vinyl, fixtures and other finishes will be ordered.
Depending on the manufacturer and level of customization, quality cabinetry can take weeks or months to come in.

This inspired us to develop our Buyer Renovation Liaison service.
For a flat $500 per home fee, we will send the owner of the company to your perspective home to review any and all projects you may wish to tackle.
