I started in the trades as an electrician in high school and through college. After college I spent 15 years teaching Career And Technical Education in local High Schools. I spent my summers building my craft as a handyman and remodeler working for various companies and helping run a small handyman business. In 2014 I unofficially started Columbine Handyman, doing small jobs and keeping busy on weekends, summers, and school breads.
In 2017 I decided to leave education and go full time expanding on the Handyman into remodels as well. I understand it's tough finding time for those small projects and even harder getting around to large projects that you would love, but think you can't afford or maybe just don't have the tight tools to complete. Its even more difficult to trust someone to be in your home for any amount of time.
Whether it's putting together some furniture or remodeling a kitchen, bathroom, or basement, I will always treat you home like my own, leaving it better then when I arrived, I will always keep you up to date on progress, and I will always keep to budgets, timelines, and a high standard of work.
