Keen Construction Co. was started in 1986 in North Andover, MA by Ken Keen.
Ken has been involved in the construction industry since the 1960's.
When Ken's son Bob finished school in 1988, he joined Ken.
Together, they had remodeled homes and small businesses primarily in the Merrimack Valley and Southern NH.
They have also completed projects as far away as Hyannis, MA and Alton Bay, NH.
In 2001, Jeff Gillen, (Ken's grandson & Bob's nephew, ) joined the company soon after graduating from high school.

Keen Construction has completed a major renovation project for us during each of the past three years and will be doing another next spring.
We feel Ken, Bob & Jeff do excellent work and are supported by a collection of outstanding subcontractors that they have been working with for many years.
They hold to schedules and always follow up on any concerns we had.
