Tim Martineau and Remodeling Masters did a GREAT job on our kitchen. Tim met with us regularly with updates. He gave us a comprehensive proposal with all costs, so we knew everything up front. He set a schedule and did a good job following it. Any delays were the result of materials delay. If a change needed to be made, he talked to us right away and explained the proposed or necessary modification. He was easy to reach and approachable. He used good quality sub-contractors. It was nice having one person manage the project. We recommend him to everyone!

We just completed a kitchen remodel that was a total gut job. Tim and his team were great to work with. Our house is 225 years old and the kitchen floor went up in the middle and down in the corners with a 6 inch variance. The ceiling went the opposite way. So, some cabinets had to be cut and others had to be shimmed. In the end, we have a level surface, which looks beautiful!
There were other problems, too, but Tim tackled them all. He is a true professional. His team cleaned up each day and kept the mess to a minimum so we could live here without too much disruption. They came on time, respected the fact that I work from the home (no loud radios), and sent us weekly updates that detailed what was complete, what needed to be done, and noted any change orders.
We stayed pretty much on schedule. The kitchen started on October 6 and our initial finish date was November 7. We finished just 5 days after that, which we understood due to the problems they ran into. We did run over budget, but that was due to change orders on our part like quartz rather than granite, a full rewiring of the kitchen that was required once we got into the walls, and some cabinet upgrades.
We are thrilled with the result and it looks exactly as we planned. I'm already thinking ahead to the next project and will certainly call Remodeling Masters again. I highly recommend them.

Tim has done several projects at my home and each one was done professionally and resulted in exceptional design and quality of workmanship.. The projects included a kitchen remodel, a porch addition, and a family room remodel. Tim knows how to listen to his clients and work with you to come up with a unique and personal design. He is a skilled craftsman and did some amazing woodworking in our home. He also has a portfolio of professionals (electricians, plumbers, framers, tilers, etc.) to call on to help him get the job done. There isn't anything Tim and Remodeling Masters cannot do. We actually have a master bathroom remodel that we want to start soon and I look forward to working with Tim on this new endeavor. We always thought we'd move from this house when it comes time to retire, but now we're rethinking that because we love our home so much. Thanks Tim!
