The roots of the Charlotte Remodeling Company began in 1978 when wood craftsman apprentice and Charlotte native Charles Brown, started building cabinets and remodeling homes under the eye of a master craftsman.
Early on, Charlie had a keen interest in replicating and rebuilding the unique architectural style of Craftsman-Style Bungalows found across our Charlotte area.
He focused his studies and craftsman skills on learning how the architects and builders used the cedar shakes, copper finishes, and the unique stone and wood complements to shape this building style.
