Services
In 1986, the Gigliotti brothers (David and Andrew) founded Carbide Construction.
They are both hands-on owners taking part in each project to make sure it is completed to their satisfaction.
The family owned and operated business provides excellence in craftsmanship, while maintaining a realistic and reasonable turn-around time for completion.
In 2002, Carbide's modular construction division was added, which allowed us to expand our capabilities and become more eco-friendly.
This has been a great addition to the business, allowing us to provide a different type of home construction that is less expensive and less intrusive.
Carbide Construction opened their new Modular Construction division in 2002, allowing us to expand our capabilities and become eco-friendly.
We work with Excel Homes, its affiliates and other manufacturers for modular builds.
The process begins with an analysis of your existing house location survey which helps determine feasibility.
Once the analysis is complete, the design/engineering phase can be established.
Quality design will ensure a great final outcome.
Once we have preliminary design, the project can be sent to the modular company for preliminary pricing.
If you are looking into constructing a new modular home, call Carbide Construction.
We work with Excel Homes, its affiliates and other manufacturers that are known for their high-quality products and for exceeding homeowners' expectations.
Once they expertly craft your modular home project, Carbide Construction handles the installation.
A new modular home build is a creative option to build a custom home.
All the elements of your new house are prefabricated in a factory, then transported and put together on-site by our experienced contractors.
As parents grow older and living expenses continue to climb, in-law suites are growing in popularity.
In-law suites provide a private living area within a house.
Some may be as simple as a separate room and bathroom, while others are more like an apartment with a separate entrance, full kitchen and living area.
The structure of the suite should be made to fit each person's particular needs.
At Carbide Construction, we offer these suites, also known as accessory dwelling units, as modular additions.
Carbide Construction has many ways to help you comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
If you or a loved one falls under this provision, we'll help you build an ADA-friendly modular addition.
You'll get the same great service from Carbide Construction and a gorgeous addition that meets all the necessary ADA requirements.
The process will be the same as any other modular home addition.
We'll help you design a custom prefabricated addition with all your ADA specifications included.
