With over $100M in construction experience Founder Steve Perry has a long and varied background in the industry.
Brought up from a young age in a family-owned real estate firm, he had the opportunity to get experience renovating old homes in "wholesale" volume.
While most kids were mowing grass for extra money on weekends, Steve was walking prospective properties with his father and learning the trades from his many crews and tradesmen.
By a very early age young Steve was fully competent in multiple trades including carpentry, plastering and drywall, cabinet making, painting and window glazing.
