They are very busy and the amount of work they are doing leads to minor timing and administrative issues.

Scott became a journeyman plumber in 1975, working on all aspects of plumbing, from pipe fitting to building sewage treatment plants and commercial buildings, eventually being named superintendent on the Bouse Pump Station of the CAP canal system.
