Dustin was the sales rep that gave me the estimate on my siding. I appreciated his expert advice and candor. Even though I didn't agree to some of the additional improvements that he suggested he remained professionally friendly and persistent without being pushy. In the end, even though I had received lower estimates, I felt more assured that the Xterior Remodeling team would deliver what I needed.
To say they went above and beyond would in reality be an understatement. Their team arrived ready to get to work. Once they started they proceed on schedule. There were a few consultations with Ben, the project manager, which didn't come off as "upselling" to me. I felt they stuck to the scope of work while offering to remedy some issues that were not apparent from the onset as I wanted. What surprised me is that there were some additions to the work, that could have been add-ons, that they included to maintain their corporate integrity.
Finally, they spent extra time helping me cover my patio door entrance to prevent other damage until I get that replaced.
