Due to inclement weather they could not make the visit, they immediately called us to make excuses and schedule the visit for the next day. Nick was able to get here several hours earlier than expected. Went over cost with me before doing any work after determining the problem. Had my furnace repaired very quickly. Price was very reasonable and less than expected. Nick was very professional and and pleasant to deal with. He was also very respectful of my home and took care when entering and exiting my home as well as cleaning up and replacing everything after the job was finished. We don’t see the quality of service Nick provided very often anymore.

Air Pro responded quickly when our old heat pump unit went out. They put in a new heat pump and new thermostats within days of the initial call. The owner and all the technicians were extremely professional and helpful, showing us how to use the new equipment. We are very happy with the updated unit and our experience with the company and will call Air Pro if anything is needed in the future.

The two gentlemen who came out today to replace our unit were so good. Super polite, explained things, made space if needed,(We tried to stay out of their way the best we could), they had to cut the trim off part of the ceiling opening and you can barely tell once they’re put it back. I seriously don’t have enough nice things to say about them. The companies price was excellent, which is always a factor but having someone in your home all day that is trustworthy? You can’t put a price on that.

Great service. We had a rooftop hvac unit stop working. It was pouring rain out all week, as soon as it stopped they called and were out in about an hour to get it the unit fixed. Love their text notification system that texts to confirm their appointments and then sends an update when the tech is en route to you. Very friend staff compared to other companies in Fayetteville. Highly recommend for your home or your business.
