We cannot say how pleased we are with OC Kitchen & Bath & Design. We were looking to remodel our kitchen, it was the old 80's style. We had interviewed and had estimates from several vendors. We knew right away we made the right choice with OC Kitchen & Bath & Design. The responsiveness, timing and quality of work are in unparalleled. Our remodel was scheduled for four weeks we have a completely functional kitchen in only two weeks time.

The bathroom looks AMAZING but it did take a fair bit longer than expected to get things completed. The price was reasonable, and very transparent about the costs and did great guiding us for the right design as we made up our minds. The people are super friendly and professional, however I feel like the scheduling and communication could use some improvement if I'm to be honest.
But for the most part it was okay. Nevertheless, great outcome, and my girlfriend and I are very happy with the overall look. Thank you for your help on this project. It's been a pleasure.

All OC was, and continues to be the best contractor I've ever worked with. They were responsive, completely transparent, and the quality of work was amazing. We had a bit of a unique situation and needed help fast. After interviewing several companies, none offered the level of service that All OC did. I was skeptical at first but they delivered! Staring from the very first consultation with Carrie, who assessed our situation and developed a realistic and actionable plan, we were treated courteously.
It was clear that they wanted to earn our business and really valued relationships with their clients. Understanding that timing was critical and we need the work done quickly, the owner went in person, the day after signing our contract, to apply for permits so we could start construction by the end of the week. The rest of the project moved forward efficiently without sacrificing any quality.
I can really tell that Eric and his crew take pride in their work. He came back several times to address questions and small details that needed attention and found several ways to improve upon our original vision. Throughout the project, I was proactively contacted frequently with status updates and requests for my feedback. I never get out of the loop or not in control of the project. All OC Kitchen & Bath did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel and new flooring throughout the house. We love, love, love how everything looks and works! Jim did a great design and added in features (e.g. double lazy Susan for the corner) that made it better than what we were originally thinking. Katrin picked out a perfect backsplash when we were overwhelmed by all the choices. Eric and his team were professional, courteous workers and always accommodated our requests. Katrin and Eric kept the project moving and all the major work was done within a month.
It took awhile to complete the project, but it didn't impact our ability to use the kitchen or the rest of our house. I am still somewhat amazed at how customer focused this company is. They not only accommodated our requests, but they volunteered to do extra work (at no additional cost) when they saw something else that needed to be done. Examples are demoing an old closet organizer, capping off an abandoned gas line, installing a new chandelier and installing multiple dimmer switches.
We hadn't worked with All OC Kitchen & Bath before and there is always some risk when using someone new for a big project, but they were a perfect choice for us. They care about their work and want it done right. I highly recommend them!

All OC Kitchen and Bath helped us remodel a guest bathroom in Fall 2019. We completely redid the room and added a new tub, new vanity, new toilet, new lighting and flooring/tile. They were very helpful in picking out colors and finishes and recommended the glass enclosure for the shower/tub area. the bathroom went from old and dated to modern and fresh. Eric and Katrin and Jim were easy to work with and it all turned out so beautifully!

Loved that they showed up wearing masks! Everyone was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Eric, Katrin, Jim and all their crews were excellent. We did a full kitchen and bath remodel, as well as new floors and recessed lighting throughout our first floor and stairwell. They also refaced our fireplace and replaced a window and sliding door. We could not be happier with the results.

We are new to the area and didn't have experience with contractors so we were going off of reviews and we were not disappointed! They were extremely timely in all aspects of the job. They listened and worked with the vision I had for our kitchen when other contractors told us no (and I still love my navy lowers!) We were comfortable with all members of their team even while I worked from home and the kids did virtual school here. If we have another project come up, I will call All OC Kitchen and Bath again.

We hired Eric to do a total remodel of our master bathroom. The job required the removal of all existing appliances along with the removal of our slate walls and shower enclosure.
From the moment we met with Eric, walked the project and negotiated the bid, it became so clear that Eric was a contractor apart from all others. Eric is professional, his contract is clear, he is to the point, extremely honest and reliable.
Our new bathroom is extraordinary. It came out even nicer than we had anticipated.
I couldn't more highly recommend Eric and his team!
There is one more comment I would like to add. This comment is in regard to Eric as a human being. After we started our bathroom, we learned we had an ice maker leak in our kitchen. As it turns out, this leak created mold throughout most of our kitchen. We tore out our kitchen...and then our son had a horrible surfing accident. We didn't know if he would live, but learned he would be able to come home after a week at Mission Hospital. We called Eric and asked if he could build us a temporary kitchen. Eric showed up early the next morning,and then we went back for another long day at the hospital. When we arrive home late that night, Eric and team had put up rails for our son to hold onto as he convalesced, evened out the kitchen floor so our son wouldn't lose his balance, and installed a temporary sink, countertop dishwasher and temp island. And to top it off, Eric wouldn't even let us pay him for that day. He told me that he is a Dad, and his heart went out for us.
Not only is Eric a great contractor with whom to work, he is truly an amazing individual with such a warm heart. A very capable and special person indeed.

All OC did a great job on 3 bathroom remodels for me. From quoting to material selection, to scheduling and getting the work done, everything was courteous, reliable, and professional. They worked with my budget and communicated every step of the way, I'm very happy with the end result. The crew was awesome, cleaned up well, and very courteous to my neighbors during demolition and cutting tiles.
In fact, my neighbor was so impressed that she just hired them to redo her kitchen! The only delays that occurred were due to city inspection rescheduling, which is out of All OC's control, but Katrin kept me well informed of the progress, and the whole project finished on time.

Eric and katrin did a wonderful job on my kitchen! They are creative, reliable, on time and can work on any budget. Eric is very detailed and knowledgeable as a craftsman and makes great suggestions and his work is great. Katrin is his wife who helps with design work and proposals. We are very happy with our new kitchen, dining room, and living room remodel. MSS Construction was very professional in every aspect of the remodel project.
